Not sure what resolved the problems I was having with ning. However, I do find it much easier to access ning sites using my MacBook as opposed to using my PC. Thanks again for your help. Hope to see you at Schomberg, if not, have a safe trip to F...

So was it Ning support that helped you solve it or did it kind of spontaneously go into "remission" ? As far as the boxes go most of them are TEXT boxes and you can put anything you want in them. You're probably wondering about the text and pictur...

Hi Lynn, This problem has not occurred for some time now, thank-fully. I had some issues with iTunes on my PC, causing me untold headaches. The U.C.&A. ning thing still runs rather slowly on my PC for some reason, but runs fine on my MacBook. I've...

Thanks for your comments, Rob. The Schomberg ForneyHouse roundhouse kit received great comments with its premier showing at the Copetown Show. Orders are starting to trickle in ... an ad in the Gazette coming up in the May/June issue will see a bi...

The module does not have an interface as yet. I haven't decided how it will connect with anything else, though there will be other modules that will have a "through" track that WILL connect to the Free-MOn30 world. The module with the turntable/r...

Is anyone else experiencing problems with "ning"? I have a real problem signing in, in that it will only take my log in information typed in BACKWARDS. I have attempted to contact "ning" help, but everything I type ends up backwards. This ONLY hap...

New Cooper & Sawyer

I've started the first module for the new C&S. It came about as a result of building the pre-production 3 stall roundhouse for Schomberg Scale Models, needing a base to display that on and work out the details for laying the roundhouse tracks, etc. which resulted in the need for a turntable. Ended up scratch-building one after deciding the new Peco one was too large and expensive. Started with headphone jacks as the pivot/electrical pickups, but these things are now made so cheaply, they won't support a table, let alone a loco, so some machining was in order. The pit was fabricated using 10 inch embroidery hoops. I'll post some photos soon.

Have you seen the turntable idea in CRM i'm going to try it.
And a question what is the best material to use as a wall in the train room . In the past i've used plywood, veneer board and plaster board . This time i can't deside as i want to curve the corners.
